My Reflection on Food & Nutrition PT !

  • I must have a balance diet and eat healtily in order to grow well as a youth !
  • My diet is average and need adjustment. I must increase on higher energy diet for my breakfast and cut down on fatty diet for dinner.
  • The tools in HPB Website are useful for me to gauge my diet level and can help to to adjust, monitor and improved.
  • My suggested dish of Macaroni soup is healthy because:
  1. There is less fat with soup which is also lower in salt content
  2. There is enough carbohydrates from the macaroni for dinner
  3. The added vegetables like carrot and mushrooms provide protein and fibre to balance the meals intake during breakfast and lunch.
